...dont know if anyone fancies joining me at Bhudhist Centre in Bethnal Green one wekday I go most weeks am flexible about the day...arr about 12noon for lucnch in the v good veggie restuaent next door ...do a short walk ....there are gardens nr there..then a hours medition..its only 31..for the latter and you just turn up...the meditation is explained each time for beginners so you dont have to know what to do - just turn up..I m finding it very helpful.
