I know that M.E. varies from person to person, so what I would like to know is; What one thing above everything has most helped in your recovery?
I know that this is a boring question, but it is the best thst I can think of at the moment.
My number one is PACING.
Thanks alot

Re: What one thing above everything has most helped in your recovery?
I went from around 80% well to 95% in the space of a year, thanks to using the Airnergy oxygen machine which provides an altered form of oxygen which is easier for the body to utilise and promotes cell metabolism. After trying it for a couple of months I ended up buying a machine for myself, costing several thousand pounds. But as I was able to take on a more demanding job, the machine paid for itself within the year. And I'm barely aware of having fibromyalgia at all now.

Doing the Lightning Process with Amir Norris has been by far the most important thing I have done.

CBT was what worked for me - 10 sessions privately spread over 6 months changed my life completely.
